<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
Activated punch motors are expected to complete their punch cycles using less
than a nominal maximum current. If this current is exceeded on any punch
cycle, the punch will automatically return to the home position and make another
attempt at completion. If the punch cycle can not be completed after four attempts
without the motor drawing excessive current, the activation command fails with
this error.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
There are two 'excessive current thresholds' in the punch system, one defined
by hardware and one defined by firmware. This error occurs when the firmware
threshold is exceeded. This error could occur during either initialization or
a normal punch cycle.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
The firmware over current threshold is lower than the hardware threshold but
is slower acting since it is based on a filtered analog value. The hardware
over current threshold is higher but faster acting since it is based on a
single occurrence of a detected instantaneous peak current.
